Hairy Beast Dog Pawlour has been Aurora’s favorite grooming destination since opening in 2017—but our roots go back even further. The service at Hairy Beast is exceptional! They are so friendly and very patient with my fur baby. They always have her comfort in mind when grooming her or even just for her nail trims. In fact, I brought her for a nail trim, but she wouldn’t come out of the car because she would have to go down a new ramp I bought for her due to having ACL surgery a month ago. They saw me struggling with her and one of the owners came out to try to trim her nails in the car, but she was too nervous. Then the owner took the time to lift her out of the car, so he could trim her nails in the shop. Both owners tag teamed keeping her calm and were able to get her nails completely trimmed in no time!! The owner also lifted her back into the car after the nail trim was completed. Absolutely above and beyond service!! This is why I love bringing my fur baby here! I know she will always be treated with the greatest of care!!
